All that glitters… Roberta Chiarella knows her sparkle. She currently lives and works in the Upper Eastside of New York City, but her journey didn’t begin far from there in the borough of Queens. From an early age, she sat beside her father’s drawing table, learning from the best, an advertising art director and illustrator and successful one at that. She studied at Parson’s School of Design and later, following in her father’s footsteps, worked as a creative director for Clinique and The House Yves Saint Laurent Beaute.

She transitioned into the world of jewelry design and absolutely loves the use of shiny metals and Swarovski Elements. Her success was an instant one, as her early work was honored in a group exhibition at The American Craft Museum. She was also selected by Swarovski to be part of the book “UNBRIDALED”, which showcases the work of the top 100 crystal and bridal designers in the world.

All of her designs are hand made in the United States and most incorporate dazzling Swarovski Elements. Her designs are coveted by the likes of Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, who have made Roberta Chiarella a household name. Angelina Jolie famously wore Angie’s Earrings, rich emerald teardrop earrings to the 2009 Academy Awards and even spawned a spin off design, the Mini Angie Earring. Both of which are perfect for pulling together the ultimate nighttime look. On the other hand, for a more casual everyday look, the Horizon Hoops worn by Jennifer Lopez are a must have timeless utility.
