1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Personalized, pre-order or custom items may
take longer, please reference the notes in

description. West Avenue Jewelry personalized items normally take 1-3 weeks to
be made but time may be slightly longer due to the handmade nature of them. No
cancellations, changes or returns allowed on personalized jewelry as they are
made to order.

& Chloe uses USPS for standard delivery and FedEx and UPS for all other

shipping is available for Max & Chloe products. We ship internationally via
FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time depends on the carrier and final
destination, usually taking between 3-10 business days. Options available for
your country will appear at the checkout. Please be aware if you refuse a
shipment from Max & Chloe, you are responsible for the original shipping
charges and any incurred import fees or taxes. This amount will be deducted
from your merchandise refund.
