We here at Jewelry Dose report on a lot of fashion, from street style to celebrities to designers. We love bringing you what’s hot, what’s trending and what you must add to your wardrobe each season. Today, however, we don’t really have an agenda. Because today, we just really want to gush about jewelry. No editorial angle, no special get-the-look formula. Just a list of the best Max and Chloe Editor’s picks. You know, the styles we can’t get enough of, plain and simple (and gorgeous). Would that be cool with everyone? Yeah, we thought you’d enjoy this too. Below, our list of still-going-strong styles (if you haven’t snatched these up yet, let this also serve as a must-have post for you).
Spikes, Studs and More Spikes!
Much like skinny jeans, you can never have too many spiked jewelry pieces. One of our recently acquired (and very unique) spikes is Luv AJ’s rose gold septum pave collar necklace. It easily dresses up any outfit, casual or otherwise, and makes a sound style statement without being too edgy. We also love our Jules Smith super stud large rose-gold-and-gold bangle and Kenneth Jay Lane stunted spiked bangle.
Small Studs
Obsessed doesn’t begin to describe how we feel about these minimalistic ear candies. Our favorites include these diamond lucky spider stud earrings. Blu Bijoux silver angel wing earrings, Bing Bang’s crystal tattoo tear studs and Kacey K Fine Jewelry’s polished gold mini block initial earring (but really, we love them all).
Au Naturale
Did you die for druzy last year? We were captivated (and still are) by Dara Ettinger’s black druzy Alanna stud earrings and we can’t pull ourselves away from the stunning simplicity of Piara By Elaine J’s gold and druzy kidney-shaped necklace. We’ve also grown attached to other organic-looking options, like this extra-long quartz pendant necklace from Privileged and Blu Bijoux’s gold twig bangle bracelet.
Stack It To Me
Some days we have to consciously withhold our urge to pile on the ring bling (yes, overstacking is a real issue). What can we say? We just love a good stack. With so, so many to choose from, we keep an eye out for dainty details and mix-and-match potential. As we type, you can find Erica Anenberg’s cupid stackable rings and Tresor gold and smoky tourmaline Fin stacking ring on our right hand. And Kacey K Fine Jewelry’s set of five gold stackable rings with diamond and Amery Carriere princess crown stacking ring on our left.
Classic Cocktails
When the stack comes off, the cocktail takes its place. You’ll find us in these larger-than-life cocktail rings out at night, on dates or at swanky soirees. The ones we’ve been wearing recently? Dara Ettinger’s teal turquoise rectangle Charlie ring, Charles Albert gold and bi-color amethyst ring and Janis By Janis Savitt’s crystal gold chain ring.
