We think the necklace is very pretty. It was ordered for a birthday gift and was late. I called twice to urge speed. Evidently, the first time I called, the CSR just placated me and did NOT check on the status of production, as was promised. The second time I called, I believe the CSR might have tried to get it speeded up, but it was still late.mthe necklace really is pretty, though.
