I’ve got good news for all of you fashion lovers out there! Today marks the beginning of the 2014 Mercedes Benz Fashion Week: Istanbul edition! Istanbul Fashion Week, which runs from March 10 through March 15, is a branch off of the famed New York Fashion Week that commenced this past February. The 2014 IFW will have its fair share of distinguished designers and high fashion looks to beat. I encourage those of you who are interested in learning of the latest spring trends to tune in and see what this fashion week has to offer. You can do so by searching for #MBFWI on Twitter! For a lot of us, Istanbul is half way across the world. Being able to indulge in fashion through the eyes of designers from around the globe is such a unique experience. You may have heard about some spring fashion forecasts at NYFW that you didn’t really care for and then learn of a completely different set of trends during IFW that you’ll love. It’s all about perspective, and IFW is sure to give add a new swing on things throughout fashion week!
