The bracelet is pretty, the color of the gold looks a little cheap but it's really cute especially for layering. The charm is larger than I realized so pay attention to the diameter description. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it for an added layer if you like to wear multiple bracelets. At first I received the wrong product in the mail but was very impressed with customer service when I contacted them. I dealt with Julia who was phenomenal. They overnight delivered a replacement and sent a free shipping label for me to return the original incorrect product. Based on this experience, I will shop here again.

I love the look of this bracelet, it's just the right size charm and the initialing is gorgeous. I had been looking for a bracelet just like this to wear with my oversized gold watch. It's a great value for the price. It only has one flaw, and that is just for me: the charm is installed backwards for me because I wear it on my left wrist, with my watch. Also, because I am right handed, I can't work the clasp and put the bracelet on with my left hand. So when I'm wearing it on my left hand, the initial faces the back, the wrong way. The clasp could be a little bigger, too, it's a little hard to work. Other than that, perfection for the price. I'll be back.
