Alvina Abramova

Alvina Abramova jewelry is often inspired by the delicate beauties in nature. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Alvina graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology where she received a Bachelors degree in Fashion Design. In a recent interview, the artist says: “I've worked in the fashion industry as a women's wear designer but always loved to wear and make my own jewelry. I believe it was only a matter of time until I transited to jewelry because it always felt very natural to me. I started making my jewelry way before I started at FIT, but I didn't start selling until about a year ago. Now, I have my own shop called Alvina Abramova, named after myself. Ever since then, I've become addicted and I love seeing it grow!”

When asked what inspires her, Alvina relates: “I'm very in tune with nature. My designs feel very organic and delicate. I always suggest that buyers layer my necklaces, because you can wear up to 3 necklaces and still avoid looking cluttered!”
