"SO Disappointed"

I couldn't be more disappointed with this necklace. The quality simply couldn't be much worse. I will say that style is great-exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect. However, upon arrival, the center looked "burnt"-perhaps from the method they use to monogram? The color is brassy, and the clasp isn't even gold anymore. The "gold" has rubbed off and is mostly silver now. It should be noted that I've had the necklace for about two weeks and have not worn it every day, and I've been careful of it because of the quality. The gold was rubbing off from the clasp immediately, actually. This necklace was ordered with the initials of a loved one and so the sentiment was important to me. The quality has taken away from that. I wanted to love this necklace so much, and waited excitedly for it to arrive (which took a few weeks, as I expected). Sadly, it is just really terrible quality. You'd find better just about anywhere else.
